I came to have lunch with my family and enjoyed my whole experience. I got the Catfish with Mac & Cheese and Greens with a Strawberry Lemonade. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend an Memphians or visitors to come check this place out. Definitely one of Memphis’s hidden gems.

The layout and seating is the best for a grown folk's time, no young folk's. Music n DJ is music of the 70s 80s 90s n 2000. Good music, great service, fresh food. The bathroom's are just decorated, CLEAN, classy n professional for men n women. The upstairs section is just TOP SHELF!! Security outside is 5 star n parking w/Security, I don't worry about my car!! 10 foot brick wall parking! The paintings of native Memphis musicians, sports figures, business leaders n more is a site to see when you turn into the 10 ft brick wall parking. YOU JUST GOTTA SEE THE PAINTINGS!!!!! They have often LIVE entertainment local and national recording artists, autograph signing of major RnB, Soul artists of the past. I can't say enough about this new "class A Plus " restaurant n meeting place. Hat's off to Coach n Stanbeck n staff for bringing quality entertainment to Memphis again!! I grew up in this neighborhood- so great to have such a high quality place finally! Food excellent, especially catfish and smothered pork chops and veggie sides. Atmosphere great and staff is courteous and well-supervised.
We needed somewhere to eat lunch before going to the Stax museum and found this little gem somehow. Food was absolutely fantastic and the atmosphere was great. The girl that served us was absolutely the sweetest person we've met in Memphis. She was helpful for helping us pick food and took a genuine interest in us and how our visit was going and why we were visiting the area to begin with. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this location in the future as it was an all-around amazing time.
This restaurant was excellent. Nice, clean environment, our waitress, Sharika was nice, friendly, efficient; others would pass the table and ask if everything was okay. The menu had variety. The food was excellent.

This is the place to come and have a good time listening to good music, vibe, food, and the service is off the chain. We had a wonderful time celebrating Pisces birthday season! I highly recommend for the Grown Folks!
